must be flexible, work well as part of a care team, assist residents with daily life, assist with food and fluid when necessary, and all aspects of personal care. Filling in homes documentation and ensuring excellent quality of care. Experience is not essential for this role, also full homes induction will be given, medication training also given if you wish, all other training will also be given with opportunities of completing NVQ's.
