We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Waiter to join our brand-new restaurant. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, leading the front-of-house team and helping create a fantastic experience for every guest.
The Role
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Help maintain smooth, efficient and professional restaurant operations
- Set an excellent example for the wider team
- Work closely with management and the kitchen to ensure outstanding service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Professional, reliable and confident under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
