Live Shopping Presenter & Content Creator
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Hours: Initially 4-hour shifts, 4-5 days per week (typically 4:00pm-8:00pm, but happy to trial some different times - depending on audience demand).
Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows. Ideally we’d like to be live for 6-8 hours most days, but we will expand alongside demand.
About Us
Paw Choices is a fast-growing online pet retailer specialising in natural treats, toys and accessories for dogs and cats. We sell through our website, plus live shopping platforms including TikTok Shop and Whatnot, creating fun, engaging live shopping experiences for pet lovers across the UK.
We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic presenter to become the face of our live shows and social media.
No previous livestream experience is necessary as we’ll teach you everything we know - we’re looking for personality, confidence and someone who enjoys talking to people. Bonus points if you’re funny and likeable of course!
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be hosting our live shopping shows, interacting with viewers, demonstrating products, guiding customers with purchases and helping create an exciting shopping experience.
You’ll also create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media channels.
From time to time, you may also:
- Help prepare products before live shows
- Restock shelves
- Assist with picking and packing customer orders when needed. These warehouse duties are only occasional, as we have a dedicated warehouse logistics team who do the picking and packing fantastically well already.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
- Friendly, enthusiastic and naturally chatty
- Passionate about social media
- Creative and enjoys making content
- Reliable and punctual
- A genuine dog or cat lover (preferred)
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, content creation or live streaming would be an advantage but is not essential. Being able to chat away, however, absolutely is!
