As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering impactful marketing activity across Amore Group. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive, you will help raise brand awareness, generate new business, support recruitment initiatives, and strengthen the organisation's reputation across multiple divisions.
This is a varied and creative role that combines content creation, digital marketing, campaign management, and brand development. You will be responsible for executing marketing activities, monitoring performance, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities to improve results across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
· Manage and grow the Group's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
· Create engaging content, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or messages where appropriate
· Produce monthly performance reports and provide insights to inform future social media strategy
Content Creation & Brand Management
· Create engaging print and digital marketing materials in-line with brand guidelines across all divisions within Amore Group
· Develop a range of collateral including brochures, flyers, proposals, presentations, social media assets, case studies, and promotional materials
· Support departments across the business with their marketing and communication requirements while ensuring brand consistency
Photography & Videography
· Capture high-quality photography and video content to support recruitment, marketing campaigns, client engagement, and brand storytelling.
· Build and maintain a centralised library of approved marketing assets.
· Coordinate content collection opportunities across services and departments

Employee Advocacy
· Support senior leaders and key employees in building their professional presence on social media.
· Develop content libraries, thought leadership ideas, and social media resources to encourage employee advocacy and increase brand reach.
Brand Reputation Management
· Monitor and manage online reviews and brand sentiment across platforms including Google, Bing, Indeed, Glassdoor, Meta, and LinkedIn.
· Respond to reviews where appropriate and identify opportunities to enhance the organisation's reputation.
Recruitment Marketing & Job Boards
· Manage employer profiles across job boards and recruitment platforms.
· Ensure all branding, imagery, and company information is accurate and up to date.
General Marketing Support
· Provide support to the Operations & Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager on a range of marketing projects and ad hoc initiatives.
· Contribute ideas and recommendations to support continuous improvement across all marketing activities.
Supporting Responsibilities
Website & Digital Performance
· Work alongside the Marketing Manager and external agencies to improve website performance across all business divisions.
· Support website updates, SEO initiatives, keyword research, content optimisation, and user experience improvements.
· Produce high-quality, SEO-optimised blog articles and website content.
Event Planning & Management
· Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of quarterly events, ensuring they are executed successfully and align with business objectives.
· Create engaging print and digital marketing assets to promote events across relevant channels.
· Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a positive experience for attendees and stakeholders.
· Assist with post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and reporting on attendance, engagement, and overall event success to inform future activity.
Paid Advertising Campaigns
· Support the Marketing Manager with the planning, creation, optimisation, and reporting of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
· Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise return on investment.
Skills & Experience
Essential
· Previous experience in a marketing role or marketing qualification
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong content creation abilities
· Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools
· Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO and paid campaigns
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Excellent attention to detail
Desirable
· Experience in the health and social care sector or recruitment
· Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
· Skilled in photography and videography
· Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools
· Experience coordinating PR activity
