We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barman-maid/Waiter-tress to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting beverages and menu items with enthusiasm.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately, following established recipes and safety standards.
- Take food and drink orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Coordinate Banya guests treatments as well as serve food and drinks.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, SPA or restaurant work is mandatory; a positive attitude is essential.
- Excellent command of English language and preferably Russian as well.
- Knowledge of Eastern European Banya culture.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a lively atmosphere.

Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
