Pompey Health & Fitness located at Portsmouth FC training ground is operated by Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs on behalf of Portsmouth Football Club. Mosaic is one of the leading spa and leisure management companies specialising in the management of Health Clubs and Day Spas. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Level 2 qualified Swimming Teacher to join our team here at Pompey Health and Fitness. This would be primarily to instruct children's swimming lessons which take place on weekday evenings (Mon-Fri 4-7pm) and Saturdays (8am-3pm). The ideal candidate would be available to work up to a maximum of 12 hours per week (over 2-4 days). There may also be the opportunity to pick up additional classes as a cover teacher.
We limit swim class sizes to a maximum of 6 children which allows our Swimming Teachers to be able to focus on the needs of each child, ensuring faster progression and development. Alongside our group lesson timetable we also offer 1-1 lessons for both children and adults.
