At Pompey Health & Fitness Club (operated by Mosaic Spa & Health Clubs), we deliver high-quality lessons following the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme; we are seeking an instructor who is passionate about helping swimmers of all ages develop confidence, skills, and a lifelong love of swimming.

- Permanent position – every Friday from 4pm to 6:30pm
- Additional hours available throughout the summer

Requirements for Swimming Teacher
- Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- First Aid at Work (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS (desirable)
- Energetic and passionate about swimming instruction
- Confident teaching Swim England Stages 1–10
- Flexible and available for additional cover during the summer
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- A strong team player who can build rapport with swimmers and families
Responsibilities for Swimming Teacher
- Delivering engaging, safe, and progressive lessons
- Monitoring swimmer progress and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining excellent communication with parents and guardians
- Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times
