The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team and manage customer enquiries from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, learning new skills, and being part of a growing business.
**No prior experience in print or packaging is required — full training will be provided.**
Key Responsibilities
· Handling inbound customer enquiries via email and phone
· Producing quotes and sending pricing to clients
· Following up enquiries and converting them into orders
· Managing jobs from order through to completion
· Liaising with production and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
· Providing excellent customer service at every stage
· Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
· Strong communication (internally and externally) and customer service skills
· Good basic maths skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
· Good IT skills (Outlook, Excel, general systems)
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
· Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
· Able to work effectively in a team
Desirable:
· Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
· Experience in print, packaging, or manufacturing (not required)
