About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Under 2's Team! Ideally suited to a Level 3 qualified practitioner looking for a role to progress to a senior role or to gain more experience in a supportive and inspiring environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating magical moments through engaging activities & playtime.
- Observing, planning & assessing to support each child’s development.
- Preparing snacks & mealtimes (because little tummies need love too!).
- Keeping our space clean & tidy for a safe, happy environment.
- Building strong relationships with parents & keeping them informed.
- Enjoying outdoor adventures, messy play & fun-filled outings!
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Knowledge of EYFS (desirable but not essential—we’ll support you!).
- A warm, caring personality with a passion for nurturing our youngest children.
Hours & Benefits:
- Full-time: Up to 37 hours per week (standard: 37 hours over 4 days)
- Paid overtime or TOIL for additional hours worked.
- Training provided in First Aid, Food Hygiene & Child Protection, plus extra in-house & external training opportunities.
