An ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of reservations and customer service and will need to demonstrate the following skills:
* Be passionate about adventure travel, trekking and/or cycling
* Be able to offer our clients the highest level of service
* First hand travel experience to many of the UTracks/World Expeditions destinations – such as Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, Polar regions.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to use initiative, work unsupervised and perform well under pressure
* Great verbal & written communication and organisational skills
* A background in travel and booking flights is preferred but not essential
* Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
