Job Title: Production Quality Support Officer
Salary: £32,136 with an excellent benefits package
Location: Salford
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 14.30 – 22.30 (Initial 4 week shift of 06.00 – 14.00 while training)
We're looking for a Production Quality Support Officer to support quality, compliance and training activities across our Production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about GMP standards, developing colleagues and driving continuous improvement within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
What You'll Do
- Support production activities to ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Review production documentation and batch records for accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver induction, GMP and departmental training to Production colleagues.
- Maintain training records and assess colleague competency.
- Lead and support quality investigations, deviations and CAPAs.
- Support audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key link between Production and Quality teams to ensure high standards are maintained.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering training and assessing competency.
- Background in managing quality investigations, deviations and CAPAs.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
- GMP and GDP experience.
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing or repackaging experience.
- Experience reviewing batch documentation and production records.
