We are looking to recruit professional, reliable self employed private hire drivers to work across all of our contracts, these include (but are not limited to): School transport contracts, including SEN and vulnerable passenger services, airport transfers, corporate client travel and on demand private hire bookings.
The role offers stable, term time work with opportunities to earn extra through private hire bookings, corporate clients, airport transfers and through our partnership with Uber.
Requirements:
- Clean Driving Licence
- 21 Years Old or Over
- Valid Private Hire Licence (WAF)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (Clear)
- Good Knowledge of the Local Area
- Right to Work in the UK
- Smart mobile phone with GPS capability
- Term Time Availability (Monday - Friday)
- Professional and polite mannerism
- Previous experience with SEN or vulnerable passengers is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
Applicants whom do not already hold a private hire licence are welcome to apply, as for the right candidate we are happy to cover the upfront costs associated with obtaining your private hire badge (taxi test, medical, DBS, safeguarding training).

- Transport passengers safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and road-worthiness by doing daily vehicle checks
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Strong commitment to safeguarding, safety and punctuality
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team
Please note that this position is on a self-employed position, we provide the vehicle, work and licences needed to get you started. We offer a competitive percentage of all work. You are responsible for your own tax and NI.
