What you'll do on a typical week of 37.5 hrs. As a main point of contact for leadership team, you will drive the people agenda to achieve all the sites and business commitments
- Provide full HR generalist support and advice to colleagues - ensuring a current knowledge of employee legislation and employee relations issues is maintained to ensure the business area remains compliant and risk is mitigated, you will also take the lead on complex ER issues.
- Facilitating harmonious employee relations with the team.
- Lead, coach and develop the HR policies and to be responsible for all people processes during the lifecycle of an employee
- Ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility in respect of workplace ethics, legal, environmental, security and Health and Safety
What you need to succeed.
Desired.
- Proven experience in Beauty Sector.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to build and maintain credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
- Willing to travel to other sites of business
Essential.
- UK University Master level degree.
- Interpersonal skills with strong command in languages – Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and English. Conversation skills in Farsi and Pashto.
- Practiced in dealing with multilingual team and sound knowledge of cross culture.
- Adaptable and able to work within a rapidly changing environment
- Able to work and audit sites around Newcastle upon Tyne.
