Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety standards are strictly followed during food handling and preparation
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
- Maintain a clean, organized service station and dining area at all times
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic culinary practices is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs
- Experience with kitchen or culinary environments adds value but is not mandatory
