Duties
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and mobile transactions with precision.
- Assist customers with their purchases by providing product information and recommendations through upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked for quick access.
- Communicate effectively with customers using excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to address inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support merchandising efforts by restocking shelves and organizing displays to promote sales.
- Uphold store policies on safety, security, and loss prevention while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
