Experienced Alterations Tailor / Seamstress
Quick Stitch York Ltd – McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, York
Salary: £13.50–£17.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Quick Stitch York Ltd is one of York's leading clothing alterations specialists, providing high-quality tailoring and exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Alterations Tailor / Seamstress to join our professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of clothing alterations including:
- Trouser hems
- Sleeve shortening
- Zip replacements
- Dress alterations
- Jacket alterations
- General repairs and tailoring
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards and meeting customer deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in clothing alterations is essential.
- Confident using industrial sewing machines.
- High standard of sewing and finishing skills.
- Reliable, hardworking and well organised.
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused.
- Right to work in the UK.
