Greenhalgh Kerr is a modern, top-tier Legal 500 law firm with over 25 years of expertise in litigation and dispute resolution. Due to continued growth and the recent acquisition of several blue-chip clients, we are looking to recruit Solicitors to join our growing teams in Wigan.

- Finance: Representing clients ranging from small and medium-sized lenders to some of the UK's leading credit and motor finance providers.
- Local Authority: Supporting over 85 councils across England and Wales with the recovery of unpaid business rates and council tax, as well as providing expert guidance on complex matters.
- Housing: Representing some of the UK's largest accommodation providers in the private rented, student accommodation and Build to Rent sectors.
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Solicitors to join our expanding legal teams
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Excellent case management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage a varied caseload.
- Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude.
Newly qualified solicitors, those looking for a retrain opportunity and those with debt recovery and commercial litigation experience are all encouraged to apply.
