Grade G: £ £39,713.50 - £45,061.00 annum

Regeneration & Growth
The Role:
This role is to work with the Banbury Area Lead and assist with delivering regeneration and growth initiatives across the Banbury area. You will work on projects as part of major programmes including regeneration, economic development, economic and public realm projects. Your work will contribute to vibrant, sustainable communities.
The Person:
We need someone with experience, enthusiasm and project management experience to work on varied projects across the Banbury area. You will have experience of working in a team relating to regeneration, growth and economic development with a focus on project delivery. You will have experience of building networks and partnerships with the public and private sector both locally and nationally, and with key stakeholders, businesses, and residents. You will have a track record of delivering projects within a complex political environment, ideally within a local authority.
The role requires the person to be adaptable and flexible as they will move between project teams and different areas of work when priorities fluctuate and deadlines approach.
