Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure guest needs are met
- Perform detailed janitorial tasks using commercial cleaning equipment and techniques to maintain high hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property management team promptly
- Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and trash is properly disposed of after each cleaning
- Follow specific cleaning checklists to guarantee consistency across all properties
- Communicate professionally with hosts or property managers regarding cleaning schedules and special requests
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred
- Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is a strong plus
- Excellent customer service skills to interact politely with hosts and guests when needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency
