Health for All is looking for an Impact & Monitoring Officer to support the Stronger Communities Project and help community centres demonstrate their value, impact and importance within local communities. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work closely with community groups, staff, partners to improve how information and evidence is collected and used.

The role will include….
- Designing and developing new monitoring and reporting systems
- Collecting and analysing information about community centres and their impact
- Creating reports and infographics using Canva, Piktochart or similar tools
- Supporting community groups to evidence their work and strengthen funding applications
- Helping organise meetings, events and partnership activities
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and shared resources
- Supporting learning, collaboration and improvement across the network.
We are looking for someone with….
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence setting up and using spreadsheets and databases
- The ability to present information clearly and creatively to meet different audiences
- Experience of administration, reporting, monitoring and data collection
- A collaborative approach to working with communities
- A commitment to community development
Hours: 18 per week (A minimum of 3 days per week, days flexible for right candidate)
Contract Type: Three years
Base: South Leeds (Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre)
Salary: £24,297 per annum full time equivalent / Actual £14,578.20
