Location: Sussex – travel across East and West Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. – 40 hours per week
TSS Facilities is looking for a reliable and motivated Water Hygiene Engineer to join our growing team. Previous water hygiene experience is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Role
You will visit commercial, healthcare, education and public-sector properties throughout Sussex, carrying out routine water hygiene and Legionella compliance tasks.
Typical duties include:
- Water temperature monitoring
- Flushing infrequently used outlets
- Cold water storage tank and hot water cylinder inspections
- Legionella water sampling
- Completing electronic reports and site logbooks
- Identifying and reporting remedial works
- TMV servicing following training
- Maintaining excellent health and safety and customer service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Good attention to detail
- Confident working independently following training
- Basic IT skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Sussex
- Previous water hygiene experience is desirable but not essential
