Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Bicester, working during both day and evening shifts. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial units
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all areas are kept hygienic and presentable in accordance with health and safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning tasks
- Follow designated schedules to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly
- Adhere to company health and safety policies at all times during cleaning operations
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks across different locations
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Flexibility to work both day and evening shifts as required
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning activities
