Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food safety protocols throughout service
- Manage guest needs proactively by checking on tables regularly, addressing concerns promptly, and providing exceptional guest services
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide receipts while maintaining a friendly attitude
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant serving roles is essential.
- Excellent time management.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including upselling techniques and menu knowledge
Pay: £12.71 per hour
