Precision Recruitment Group are looking for Multi-Skilled Tradesperson/Finisher to work on a New Build Apartment project in the Preston area.
This temporary position starts asap for 12 weeks.The project is nearing completion, our client needs a push with all the completions on the apartments.
Job Details:
You will be required to snag the properties following the finishing trades, preparing them for handover over to the client. This will involve oversight of snagging check lists and carrying out the minor works yourself.
Works will include silicone sealing, painting, grouting.
About you:
- Valid CSCS card or certificate
- 2 Working references ideally from similar work
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety
- Own transport, Tools & Full PPE
- Experience with construction hand tools
You must have a keen eye for detail with the ability to finish homes to the excellent standard.
