Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Darley Dale Medical Centre to join our Patient Services Team.
The successful applicant will deliver reception & administrative duties to a high standard, delivering excellent patient service and ensuring the Practice is effective & efficient.
We are based across three sites at Darley Dale, Winster & Youlgreave, with 9,000 patients in our care and fortunate to be based in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales near the hustle & bustle of Matlock.
One vacancy is 15 months fixed term, full time, 37 hours per week, with one hour for lunch.
The second vacancy is permanent, full time, 37 hours per week, with one hour for lunch.
Overview of Patient Services Reception Duties:
1. Reception desk: all patient facing enquiries
2. Telephony: booking appointments & patient enquiries
3. Workflow: managing clinical requests
4. Prescriptions: processing, medication reviews & enquiries
5. Registrations: permanent & temporary patients
6. Reception Administration: co-ordination of online services, patient visits allocation, email management and support to both clinical & non-clinical staff
Essential Skills & Qualities:
