Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in setting up the kitchen each morning, including organizing ingredients and equipment for efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support the team during busy breakfast hours by serving dishes promptly and courteously to guests.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to deliver high-quality meals every time.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Experience with meal preparation, especially breakfast dishes such as eggs, pancakes, pastries, and other morning favorites.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or café is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating friendly guest interaction skills.
