THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a new Hire Assistant at our Paignton Depot. This could be a full or part time role (to be discussed).
Job Specification
- Providing excellent customer service at our front desk, over the telephone and e-mail.
- Loading and delivery of plant and tools to customers.
- Other ad hoc tasks as required to assist our Site Agent at the Depot.
Pay
- Pay level to be discussed depending on experience.
Person Specification
- Proven experience of providing customer service
- Clean driving licence required
- Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of working within a time critical service environment
- Basic Microsoft Office and IT skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Positive and proactive approach
- Capable of developing strong customer and supplier relationships
- Good attention to detail
- Full or part time hours considered
