What You’ll Do:
- Oversee front-of-house operations and staff during service hours
- Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food safety
- Train, motivate, and support team members
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily reporting
- Work closely with management to implement new ideas and improve service
