Location: South and south west Wales
Pay: £13.50 per hour

Touchstone Support Services are recruiting Support Workers to support children and young people across our South Wales placements.
You’ll usually be based in one home, supporting young people in a safe, structured environment where they can build confidence, develop life skills and move towards positive futures.
No previous care experience is required — we’re looking for the right people with the right values. Full training is provided.
The Role
- Build positive relationships with young people
- Support emotional wellbeing and daily routines
- Encourage independence and life skills
- Help engage young people in education and activities
- Work as part of a team across a 24-hour rota
