TC Young are looking to recruit an Administrator for their Court Department in Edinburgh. The role will involve the generation of court paperwork and interaction with clients and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
This is an office based, full-time (35hrs) role.
What we are looking for … the successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload that would include:
- Preparing template documentation for issue (including letters, court documentation)
- Covering reception as required, greeting clients and visitors
- Filing, scanning and photocopying support
- Managing and updating diaries and undertaking file reviews
- Generation of fee and invoicing documentation for department
- Dealing with outgoing mail
- General admin support
Ideally have the following aptitudes/skills:
- Previous admin experience preferred (Office 365 experience would be useful but not essential as full training will be provided)
- Smartly presented
- Good verbal communication skills
- Reliable
- Team player
- Excellent IT skills – all Microsoft packages
- Be able to work under pressure and prioritize work to meet internal deadlines
Previous legal experience is advantageous but our priority is to find an administrator with excellent attention to detail who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.
