We have an opportunity for a Registered manager in the Harrow area. The role involves managing three services- Supported Living and Respite Care.
Vector Care Supported Living and Respite Services are located in the same area providing Care and Housing support for adults with Learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.
We aim to promote independence and community participation for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We adopt a person-centred approach whereby the individual needs and goals of each person are at the centre of their care and treatment.
Essential:
· Experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and mental health need.
· Level 4 or 5 diploma in Health and Social Care
· Developing strong network with senior commissioning team and local authorities.
· CQC knowledge.
· 2 year managerial experience
· Involvement in Budget management
· Implementing service specific policies/ procedures
