Syrencot has transformed into one of the most romantic wedding venues in Wiltshire Artemis are embarking on a large-scale recruitment process to meet the demands of our forward booking schedule, which is full with events that had to change booking dates due to lockdown.
Artemis are looking for a passionate Housekeeper based at Syrencot, the successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in hotels, luxury B&B’s or large private homes will help.
Requirements
- Must have experience of servicing at least 10 bedrooms & public areas
- Hard working and able to manage a physically demanding job
- Ability to communicate and motivate people
- Ability to work to deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Honesty, reliability and trustworthiness
- Enjoy working as part of a venue team
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
Outline of Responsibilities
- Reporting to the accommodation manager
- Full management of accommodation housekeeping to the required standard.
- Ordering and checking linen deliveries and supplies, ensuring quality & control
- Ordering and re-stocking all cleaning materials, PPE where necessary and any other consumables eg. tea/coffee etc. whilst keeping an eye on costs
- Reporting any damage, reparation work that may be required
