As a family owned business we have been welcoming guests and visitors to our parks since 1958. We operate eight holiday and leisure parks in the UK, each based in an enviable location on the stunning South Coast.
Working at Wilksworth Holiday Park (Wimborne, Dorset BH21 4HW) as a Reception/Shop Assistant, you’ll have daily contact with our holiday home owners and holiday makers. As the first person they’ll meet on their holiday, you’ll give them a fantastic start to their break. You’ll ensure all their needs are met and concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively, using your high standard of customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, with a sunny personality who enjoys helping customers.
You’ll be working with other team members to ensure a smooth running operation. You’ll be comfortable communicating on all levels with a diverse range of guests. On occasion, after full training, lone working will be required. Cleaning duties may be required.
This is a seasonal contract for 33.5 hours a week over 5 days, until 30th September 2026, which will include day times, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Requirements:
- IT literate – although training is given, basic IT skills are required
- Good communication skills
- Well presented

Pay: £12.95 per hour
