Responsibilities

- Take orders using POS systems, ensuring correct billing and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, addressing any issues proactively
- Restock bar supplies as needed, managing inventory with basic math skills for accurate tracking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and responsible serving of alcohol
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
