The Position:
Due to the continuing success and expansion of our business and the new showroom opening soon in Southampton, we are looking for an automotive Business Manager to become an addition to the existing management team at the leading genuinely family-run dealer group in the region.
The successful applicant for the Business Manager position will be an excellent communicator with first-class presentation skills and have extensive automotive showroom experience at a similar franchised dealership.
This will be the perfect opportunity for either an existing Business/Transaction manager looking for a new challenge, or an experienced ‘Senior’ Salesperson looking to take the first steps into a sales management-type position.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully maximise profitability on all F&I and Value-Added Product transactions, in compliance with company policies and industry-regulated requirements.
A Business Manager within the Richmond Motor Group will need to develop successful working relationships whilst working in close collaboration with the Group’s F&I Manager, each brand’s Sales Manager, Sales teams, and other team members in various internal departments to facilitate the swift delivery of our Customer’s vehicles.
The successful candidate for the Business Manager position will have an outgoing and friendly personality, be highly motivated, numerate, and target driven whilst being organised with a great eye for detail, as well as being committed and reliable.
The successful applicant for the position of Business Manager will have primary responsibility for:
· Maximising the sales department’s performance and profitability on all F&I and Value-Added Products.
· Placing finance proposal/applications with a panel of lenders in line with company policy.
· Promoting accurate and efficient order processing and assisting with timely vehicle deliveries.
· Assist with the on-going coaching and development of the sales team.
· Assisting the Sales Manager in maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction at each franchise.
