Office Furniture Coordinator
At Sodexo, you'll belong in a team that helps create outstanding workplaces. We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Furniture Coordinator to support our Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) and Engineering teams, ensuring office spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working independently, solving problems and helping create a professional environment for colleagues and visitors.
What you'll do:

Inspect meeting rooms daily

Ensure correct furniture layouts
-
Check room capacities and seating
-
Tidy AV equipment and cable management
-
Test electrical sockets and report faults
-
Report lighting and maintenance issues
-
Reset open-plan workspaces
-
Maintain balcony furniture layouts
-
Clean stained chairs using specialist equipment
-
Allocate reserved desks
-
Support office moves and events
-
Report damaged furniture
-
Assist engineers and contractors when required
What you'll bring:

Previous facilities or furniture coordination experience

Good furniture and workspace knowledge

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently

A proactive and organised approach

Good communication skills

Basic IT skills

Experience using maintenance reporting systems (desirable)

Experience using cleaning equipment or lifting aids (desirable)
