Join one of London's newest theatres as a Box Office Manager. You'll be looking after the Box Office for a brand new production with a celebrity lead.
In this vital role, you will oversee daily ticketing operations and ensure exceptional guest service. Your enthusiasm and management skills will help foster an inviting atmosphere, making every visitor feel valued and excited about their experience.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations, including ticketing and reservations.
- Manage guest enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate event logistics and ensure seamless operations during performances and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor the box office environment for safety and security, ensuring adherence to health guidelines and operational standards.
Essential Skills
- Proven box office management experience.
- Strong background in hospitality or guest services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external partners.
- Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Please note this job will run for the duration of the production, scheduled end date is 29th October 2026, there may be a chance of extension for other productions.
Pay: £120.00 per day
