Pay: £140 a day self employed basis based on experience

Job Overview
Working predominantly with our teams on site, the skilled labourer role will be working within a team to deliver quality work on whichever job they are appointed to.
The skilled labourer will be multi skilled and have the ability to work across the trades bringing experience and knowledge to the job to support the site teams.
They may have a specialised skill that is required in either renovation or new build work and maybe asked to work with others to share their knowledge and experience. The role requires supporting the team with collection and delivery of materials as required.
They will need to be flexible and work across different jobs and locations as required.
Own Vehicle is required. Van preferred.
Responsibilities
- Be able to use skills and knowledge across trades
- Understanding of building works in both renovation and new build
- Be able and willing to undertake groundworks
- Be competent and have knowledge in the construction of extensions
- Be able to complete 1 Fix Carpentry – with potential to complete 2 fix
- Have transport to get materials on way to site and knowledge of working with suppliers
- Supporting the onsite management team where necessary
- Responsible for own Health and Safety and that of others on site

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
