Responsibilities

- Oversee the presentation of dishes to ensure they meet company standards
- Support the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff where necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts
- Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Assist with meal preparation during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a professional kitchen environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and culinary styles
- Previous experience serving or assisting in customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential
