Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our Early Years education team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children, supporting their development in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with parents, colleagues and children, building strong, supportive relationships. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's developmental milestones
- Supervise and monitor children’s behaviour, ensuring their safety at all times
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment that promotes learning through play and exploration
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities
- Collaborate with your Room Leader and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and consistency in care practices
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all Nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and safeguarding standards
- Support children with personal care routines such as feeding, dressing, and toileting when necessary
- Contribute to the organisation of nursery events and activities that enhance children's social skills
Experience
- Proven experience working within a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills in supervising children and supporting team members
- Strong background in childcare, early childhood education, or related qualifications (Nursery Nurse Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience working with children aged from 3 months to 5 years, understanding their individual needs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Pay: £27,476.00-£30,000.00 per year
