We deliver residential, commercial, refurbishment, structural, HMO conversion, extension, and development projects across the United Kingdom.
We are now seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to work directly with the Managing Director and help build a world-class construction business.

Your Mission
You will become the operational backbone of the company.
Your role will be to ensure that projects, staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and systems are all working efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for bringing structure, accountability, and performance to every area of the business.

Responsibilities
Construction Operations
* Monitor all live projects daily
* Track project progress against programmes
* Identify delays and implement solutions
* Coordinate site managers and supervisors
* Ensure materials and labour are available when needed
* Monitor project budgets and profitability
Team Management
* Manage site managers and office staff
* Hold team members accountable
* Conduct daily and weekly progress meetings
* Implement performance tracking systems
* Support recruitment and onboarding
Project Reporting
* Maintain live project trackers
* Produce daily and weekly reports
* Update management dashboards
* Escalate issues requiring director attention
Client & Supplier Management
* Coordinate communication with clients
* Manage supplier relationships
* Track quotations and project opportunities
* Resolve operational issues professionally
Systems & Process Improvement
* Implement SOPs
* Improve operational efficiency
* Introduce KPIs and reporting systems
* Ensure compliance and documentation standards

Essential Requirements
Must Have
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction operations, project management, or property development
✅ Excellent spoken and written English
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Experience working with construction teams
✅ Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
