Job description
Michelmersh Brick Holdings are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team at our Romsey, Hampshire plant as a General Operative.
The position is for manual handling of brick products. This role is physically demanding and therefore a degree of strength and fitness is required. The position is full time.
An awareness of health and safety must be demonstrated in the workplace at all times.
Previous experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment would be an advantage to the successful applicant, but not essential.
Personal Specifications
- A flexible approach to work, demonstrating willingness to work in various departments as projects require
- Well organised
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
What we offer
- £12.71 per hour
- Monthly paid production bonus of £7 per day dependent on days worked/production targets being met
- Working hours Mon – Fri: 07:30 – 16:00
