We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Administrative Lettings Coordinator to join our busy property team. No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. What matters most is your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence when interacting with people face-to-face.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll be visiting properties, meeting tenants and landlords, and supporting the team with a range of administrative duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out property inspections and preparing detailed inspection reports
- Carrying out follow up inspections
- Dealing with maintenance issues where required
- Taking photographs of properties for advertising purposes
- Preparing detailed property inventory reports with detailed photographs before tenants move in
- Accompanying and conducting property viewings when required
- Completing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed
- Delivering excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, and applicants
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Comfortable visiting people in their homes and communicating face-to-face
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Confident using computer systems and mobile devices
- Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
- Full Driving Licence and own vehicle essential.
