United Minibuses & Coaches is a leading, award-winning passenger transport operator based in the Crawley and Gatwick area. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting professional PCV Coach, Bus and Minibus Drivers to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and safety-focused drivers seeking regular Monday-to-Friday work, with the option to earn more through weekend overtime.

The Role
You will provide safe, reliable and professional transport for a range of bus, minibus, coach private hire services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving buses, coaches or minibuses safely and professionally
- Providing a punctual, dependable and friendly service
- Ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of passengers throughout each journey
- Completing daily vehicle safety checks
- Reporting vehicle defects promptly
- Maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation, customer service and professional conduct
- Representing the company positively at all times
Essential Requirements
- Full Category D PCV driving licence
- Must have bus, minibus or coach private hire driving experince
- (Optional) Current West Sussex County Council or Surrey County Council school transport driver ID badge (Optional)
- Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work responsibly with children, schools and parents
- Ideally living within approximately 50 minutes of Crawley
