Duties
- Supervise daily bar activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality customer interactions
- Lead, motivate, and manage the bar team, including bartenders and support staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Oversee food preparation and beverage service, ensuring all offerings meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and alcohol licensing laws
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and proper food presentation during service hours
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
- Train new team members on service protocols, safety standards, and product knowledge to uphold brand consistency
Experience
- Must be over 20
- Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant setting, preferably in bars or similar venues
- Extensive restaurant experience with a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with hospitality operations including serving techniques, customer service excellence, and beverage management
- Previous experience working as a barista or in culinary roles is advantageous for understanding diverse beverage and food offerings
- Knowledge of food production processes within hotel or restaurant contexts enhances operational efficiency
- Experience with kitchen operations or hotel service environments is highly desirable for comprehensive oversight
