Bed Manager – Supported Living (Mental Health, Complex Needs & ABI)

We are looking for a Bed Manager to join our growing national team, supporting placements across our supported living services for adults with mental health conditions, complex needs, and acquired brain injuries (ABI).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate bed availability across our national portfolio of supported living services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, NHS trusts, and referral partners.
- Respond promptly to placement enquiries and ensure smooth, timely admissions.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure service readiness and compliance.
- Track and report on occupancy levels, trends, and referral activity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role within health or social care (e.g., placements, referrals, brokerage, or commissioning).
- Strong understanding of mental health, complex needs, and ABI services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a national caseload.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
