Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Skills
- Previous experience working in a bar setting, and creating a variety of cocktail drinks is preferred, however not essential as training will be provided if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests
