Some background
We are a family run business we have been operating for the last 15 years, supporting housing associations and council for all their electrical needs. We operate in and around the greater London area working for some of the biggest housing associations & councils in the country. We are looking to add a talented member or staff to our team to help support our ever-growing business.
The task in hand
The role of operational lead will essentially support key functions within various parts of our business and is crucial to us maintaining a whole host of important tasks, using our inhouse systems to.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff members to ensure smooth operation of the business
- Implement and maintain administrative processes
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and team members
- Perform clerical duties efficiently
- Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Possess strong organisational skills
- Proficient in office management tasks
- Skilled in computerised systems for data processing
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Social housing experience is advantageous
- Woking with SOR's is advantageous

Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you are both comfortable and professional when using the telephone. Written communication should be presented in an appropriate tone with correct spelling and grammar. A basic understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel is essential. You will also be using our internal system that we will train you on while working with our team.
