We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Room Leader to join our Early Years team. You will lead a preschool room, inspiring colleagues and supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Lead daily practice in the preschool room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Previous leadership experience,
- Confident in getting children school ready.
- Experience with children with special educational needs
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and independence.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met.
- Build strong relationships with families, supporting children’s holistic development.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
