Monteiths on the mile are looking for a new Manager to deliver excellence. Total salary +£44k inc salary, service charge & tips. Basic salary £32,000.00 per year dependant on experience. + plus an average £11,000 cash tips & tronc on top of salary wage. Hours can be flexible to the right candidate

The main duties of the role are
- Inspire a passion for delivering great service and culture within your team.
- Develop, coach and support members of your team to deliver excellent standards of service, and lead by example.
- Work with your Head Chef & team to deliver on targets and company standards, to ensure the restaurant is always ready for the peak trade periods!
Experience in 5* Restaurants is preferable as is an eye for detail, the drive & ambition to improve the customer feedback & experience and food quality. Our menu is cooked from scratch as we use the finest Scottish Ingredients to create satisfying flavour combinations to entice our customers back again & again.
For the role, the below soft skills are desirable;
- Honest & Responsible
- Good at Communicating with others
- Hard working & punctual
As well as having a professional experience in;
- Leading the team, as general manager
- Opening & closing the venue
- Running service in a busy fast paced hospitality environment
- Completing daily site compliance checks & cash up
